PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR (THE "CUSTOMER'S") RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. 

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to Customer's purchase from The Marketing Club in the United States. By accepting delivery of the Items, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. 

1. All items non-refundable.  Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.  All documents are drafted for general use and should be tailored to user’s situation/specific needs.  User is responsible for compliance with all professional regulations and local laws and is fully liable for any use.  We reserve the right to refuse any order(s).

2. Purchase. Upon The Marketing Club's acceptance of the Customer's order, a firm contract for the purchase and sale of the Items ordered, sold and/or distributed by The Marketing Club will be formed between The Marketing Club and Customer, and shall incorporate all the terms set forth herein. These terms and conditions shall NOT be altered or amended by the use of any document(s). Any attempt to alter this document or to enter an order for Items which are subject to additional and/or altered terms and conditions will become null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both parties. 

3. Order Acceptance. All product orders are for use and delivery within the United States. ALL ORDERS PLACED BY CUSTOMER ARE SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE BY THE MARKETING CLUB. 

4. Delivery. Delivery shall be subject to The Marketing Club's Shipping Policy as set forth on this Website. 

5. Warranty. The Marketing Club warrants that The Marketing Club is the legal and rightful owner of the items or that it is legally licensed and/or authorized to sell and/or distribute Items being purchased hereunder. THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS OF ANY AND ALL PURCHASE ORDERS, INVOICES, ACKNOWLEDGMENTS, OR OTHER WRITINGS OR STATEMENTS, WRITTEN OR OTHERWISE. THE MARKETING CLUB DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT LIABILITY, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

6. Limitation of Liability. In no event will The Marketing Club be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including without limitation loss of data or its use, loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damages, even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. 

7. Returns and Refunds.  No returns or refunds are available.

8. Pricing. Items purchased from this web site are not intended for resale. The Marketing Club reserves the right to limit quantities and to refuse orders.  We reserve the right to change prices and limit quantities due to changes in market conditions. Every effort is made for this website to be accurate. However, occasional posting errors may occur, thus The Marketing Club reserves the right to bill for all Items at the prices that they deem to be correct. 

9. Taxes. You shall be responsible for any state or local tax (excluding taxes based on The Marketing Club's income or profits) that results from the transfer of title or sale or delivery of the items purchased hereunder unless a tax exemption certificate is furnished to The Marketing Club prior to delivery. 

10. Payment. Payment is due prior to shipping.  Customer will be charged for any bank fees due to a bounced check or other bank fees incurred as a result of customer’s non-sufficient funds or cancelled check.

11. Reservation of Rights. The Marketing Club reserves the right to change at any time without notice The Marketing Club's terms and conditions of sale.
